Nazrul Islam & Family,

Donation of an Auto-Rickshaw by Rahman Family Foundation  brought a new hope for Nazrul Islam and his family. It was a dreams come true for Nazrul Islam who was in a very very difficult situation to provide food, shelter, medicine to his family of 6 members of which three are autistic  children.

After hearing the conditions of Nazrul Islam’s family, Rahman Family Foundation came forward to help rehabilitating this family. 

The foundation provided the following helps:

1.  initial medical care support to Nazrul Islam and his wife.
2. The foundation renovated Nazrul’s dilapidated house and extended the house with a shed for safely parking an Auto-Rickshaw.
3. The house and the parking shed was connected with electricity and auto-rickshaw battery charging receptacle.
4. Nazrul Islam, based on his own wishes, was given training for driving the battery operated auto-rickshaw.
5. An Auto-Rickshaw was bought and handed over to Nazrul Islam.

Based on our Field Coordinator’s assessment and recent communication with Nazrul Islam, he is now able to earn the amount bare enough to maintain his family. 

However, Nazrul Islam and his wife makes an urgent appeal to the rich for generous help for treating their autistic children and help them living a comfortable life!
